Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $7.00

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days - $21.00

 

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days - $43.00

  • Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO Addresses

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
